This page covers this website and its estimate form.
This website, www.nocoturf.com, is run by NoCo Turf Co., the trading name of NOCO Turf Co. LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (Colorado Secretary of State ID 20241237162). On this page, NoCo Turf Co. is “we” and “us”.
It covers what happens when you read the site and when you send the estimate form. It doesn’t cover the Google, Facebook or Instagram pages we link to. Those companies’ own policies apply there.
The site is meant for adults planning work on a property. It isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Reading the site sends only what every web request sends.
This is a static website hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify’s servers receive the technical details your browser sends with each request — your IP address, browser and device type, the page asked for, the page you came from and the time — and keep them in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The fonts, photographs and the job clip are served from this site itself. Reading a page doesn’t load anything from Google, Facebook or an advertising network.
The estimate form sends your answers to NoCo Turf Co. by email.
When you press Book my yard walk on the form, it sends:
- Your answers
- What the yard is for, your town, your ZIP code if you add it, the rough size, whether there’s an HOA, and the timing.
- How to reach you
- Your name, phone number, email if you add it, whether you’d like a call or a text, and how you heard about us if you say.
- Two things the page adds
- The address of the page you sent it from, and how long the form was open: a simple check that a person, not a program, filled it in.
There’s also a hidden box that people never see. If something fills it in, the request is treated as spam and isn’t passed on.
How it travels
The form goes to a small program on Netlify’s servers (a Netlify Function), which passes it to Make, an automation service. Make emails the request to NoCo Turf Co. and keeps a record of it so it can be followed up.
The Netlify function doesn’t store your answers. If a request can’t be passed on, it logs that the send failed, without your details, and the page asks you to call instead, so nothing is lost without you knowing.
There’s no file upload, no account and no payment anywhere on this site.
We text you only if you ask for a text.
If you choose Text as the way you’d like to be reached, NoCo Turf Co. may text the number you gave about your request. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. If you’d rather not get texts, say so and we’ll call instead.
Your number is used to reach you about the project you asked about. It isn’t added to a marketing list or sold.
Your request is seen by NoCo Turf Co. and the services that carry it.
- NoCo Turf Co., to follow up on your project.
- Netlify and Make, which carry and store the request as described above, under their own privacy policies.
- The studio that maintains this website for NoCo Turf Co. and runs its lead system.
NoCo Turf Co. doesn’t sell or rent your information and doesn’t share it with advertisers. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
If you’re outside the towns NoCo Turf Co. works in, we may pass your request to an installer who works where you are, so you still get an answer.
Requests are kept as business records.
NoCo Turf Co. keeps estimate requests for as long as it needs them to follow up on your project and keep its business records, then deletes them.
Netlify’s server logs are kept for Netlify’s own retention period, not ours.
You can ask what we have, and ask us to delete it.
Call 720-630-0108 to ask what NoCo Turf Co. holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We may need to confirm it’s you first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Other sites have their own rules.
This site links to the Colorado Secretary of State, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and the public sources behind our town pages and guides. Once you follow a link you’re on their site, and their privacy policy applies.
If the site changes, this page changes with it.
When the site starts doing something new with information (adding analytics, for example), this page will be updated and re-dated. The rules for using the site itself are on the terms page.
Effective September 29, 2026.
